All items are carefully packed and shipped via a Tracked & Insured priority line.
We value your privacy and do not include purchase receipts/invoices in our packages.
FULFILLMENT TIME:
Orders with Priority Processing ship same day (excluding Sundays).
For regular orders, please allow up to 1-2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment. Each order is hand-picked by one of our amazing warehouse team members and goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged and boxed then placed into shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first or visit our FAQs for additional help.
It is important to note some orders may require additional information from our shipping team in regards to address and/or payment confirmation. Please check your inbox for any follow-up emails after your order is placed, to ensure your request is processed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer worldwide shipping for all orders. For orders to be shipped outside of the United States you shall be responsible for any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be.
Standard International shipping may take 5-15 business days.
DELAYED PACKAGE:
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.
In the event a package has been lost, missing, or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and will be reshipped if confirmed the package was not delivered. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: info@sylviangrant.com with your order number.
Once an order is shipped, carrier delays may occur due to weather, customs, incorrect address information, or carrier issues. If tracking shows a package is lost or cannot confirm delivery, we will work with the carrier and customer to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate. Packages marked delivered may require a carrier investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND DUTIES:
Sylvian Grant ships most international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related import fees are intended to be prepaid by Sylvian Grant and included in the total price shown at checkout.
In most cases, customers will not be required to pay any additional duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
On rare occasions, a carrier, customs office, or local authority may incorrectly issue a request for payment after delivery. If you receive a customs, duty, tax, or import-fee bill for your Sylvian Grant order, please contact us at info@sylviangrant.com with your order number and a copy or photo of the bill before making payment. We will review the charge and assist with resolving it where applicable.
Sylvian Grant is not responsible for additional charges caused by incorrect delivery information, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required customs information, or charges unrelated to the original shipment.
