What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

Our Lifetime Warranty protects your Sylvian Grant jewelry against manufacturing defects from the moment it arrives. If you encounter any of the following issues, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost:

  • Breakage, malfunctioning mechanisms, or faulty clasps

  • Chains snapping

  • Tarnishing or discoloration (beyond normal wear)

  • Deep scratches (more than typical surface wear)

  • Stones that fall out

Our Commitment to You

At Sylvian Grant, we stand behind the quality of our pieces for life. Should a replacement piece ever arrive with a defect (though it’s never happened), rest assured—it will also be fully covered under this same guarantee.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not include:

  • Non-jewelry items from Sylvian Grant

  • Repeat claims using the same previously submitted photos

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Intentional damage or damage caused by third parties

  • Excessive wear and tear

Examples of Excessive Wear and Tear:
Jewelry that shows signs of severe or repeated misuse, with damage beyond what’s considered a manufacturing issue.

How to Make a Claim

To begin your claim, please email a clear photo of the item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue, to info@sylviangrant.com. Kindly note that we are unable to process claims without photo evidence.

Our Right to Decline Claims

To maintain the integrity of our Lifetime Warranty, Sylvian Grant reserves the right to deny claims that don’t align with our warranty criteria. This includes issues outside of manufacturing defects or any claims flagged as potentially false or fraudulent.
